Well i was in mp today and i was enjoying myself when the games music started to slow down then even the game slowed down and completely stopped at somepoints.
this had ahaapened before but now i know wat may have caused this.
deleting the partician mod.
even after the apparent deletion some of the mod remains ie. billmen have shields and whenenver in sp an important event happens u get a trumpet sound.
so i reinstalled mtw and it all works now.
it could just be a massive coinsedence but the deletion of the partician mod was the only thing that had happened before both sound/graphics problems.
if i find out otherwise i shall repost immediatly.
it is highly recommended that players who wish to enjoy any Single Player Mod AND Play Online have TWO complete copies of MTW installed,
One for Single Player mods, like Patricians
and
One Clean Copy for playing Online
i believe this advice is included in the readme file for Patricians.

Even if I don't play MP, I believe I'll stick to that advice. GnomeEditor has given me the wish to make some mods, and I want to be able to come back to the canon MTW rather quickly. Anyways, I didn't know it was possible to make several installations.

Are you playing patrician in multiplayer? The mod was designed for single player campaign mode. I was not aware that it was possible to play it in MP. I play it every Day on my Home PC wich is an old clunker and it works fine. I am trying to find out what is causing these crashes tho and will keep you posted if you are still interested in Patrician.

Major Bug has been squashed, Please check out the Patrician available thread at the dungeon. The bug is realy the baronial court building when playing as pagans. This can be corrected by applying the Giskard Pagan Imagepak fix available here at the org downloads section. I will also make the emissaries unavailable to the pagans simply to boost game performance since the AI will saturate the map with them.
