Its in the options some where and is a slider. You need to restart campaighn once you make the change.

But be warned the more men on screen the bigger the Computer you need to run it.

Yep. In options, there is a menu that allow modification of unit size(in performance, I believe. I can't check right now). There is small, default, large & huge(and maybe another one).

Unit sizes are 50-30-20 in small, 100-60-40 in default & 200-120-80 in huge(so your 120 archer unit). Be warned that, due to increased maintenance costs, huge unit sizes is harder in campaign mode..... And CPU cost is higher too. I personally stick to default.

Hello Cedrik. Thanks for stopping by. Another thing about larger units is that in addition to higher florin cost, the units will take longer to build.

umm.. sorry Gregoshi.. but i dunno if they really take longer to build. I played it once with large unit size and they were built all in one year (no change from normal to large, never checked the costs though). actually if you set them on huge, the maximum, they do take two years to build for any scalable unit... tried that one a few minutes ago
