LOTR mod

Hey all

Ermm, just downloaded the helms deep map. Not bad, needs a tiny bit of work I think though, and the AI seems to not know how to work through a gap in the walls. Anyhow, it would be great if a team of experienced modders got together to make a LOTR mod, with new skins of like the Uruk Hai and elves. But the Uruk Hai would be stronger than normal men, whereas the elve longbow men could reload in 1 second.

One more thing http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/idea.gif someone could make a new wall to be put in custom made maps where there are static longbow men on, that can fire, reload and die, but never be controlled by the sides leader, it would add some real atmosphere to the siege games.

The movie took way too much leeway with that battle...but I still loved it.

leeway aint the word they turned the book on its ass............but i guess a battle scene at the start of the movie wont sell

btw i always thought Farimar was a good guy

Thanks for the link Lord Of The Morning those Gondorian soldiers look great It would be really great to see thousands of Uruk Hai and men hacking each other to bits I always thought the movie Helms Deep scene was better than the books, but hey thats just my opinion

Does any1 no where there is a unit editor 2 download, I wanna try some stuff out. And one thing that would be wuite hard to do would be the Uruk Hai chanting and making those snarls. Also some elite cavalry for the riders of rohan, would be nice
