By the year 1340, 3 factions had become greater than all the rest. Smashing through everyone else and finaly coming in contact with each other. The 3 were the English, the Turks(me), and the Byzantines.With the Turks controling all of North Africa and The Middle East, and the English controling much of western Europe, and with the Byz. In much of the North and Eastern Europe. AS the Turks (the weaker of the 3) i was in a tight spot at first. soon though my army was strong and my navy was a formitable force.with the new found power i declared war on the English. surprised how easy i took the first 6 provinces i invaded, i was met with almost no resistence. with Spain secure under my control the English counter attacked in Castile and Aragorn. Aragorn was succecfully defended with min. loss of life. however Castile was a much more bloody battle...
Battle of Castile:
English Army: 2300
Turkish Army: 1900
I was outnumbered once again. but i had the Terrain advantage. As the English entered the battlefeild, i saw most of their entire fighting force from high atop that hill. They marched right for my pos. (idiots) and my desert Archers slaughtered them from high up.when they got at half way up the hill my first line charged. their lines broke easily.However that was only mad of infantry. their calvery was soon upon me, the Gazi Infantry Units Were Decimated and over 600 men were lost in a very short time.i had to reposition myself. the next time they charged they were greeted with a wall of Spearmen, riping a hole right through them. Desert Archers struck once more and did even more damage. on the left flank another wave of Infantry were coming in. i reverted a couple units of Sarecen Infantry to take em on. unfortunatly they were killing more men then i was and my numbers were runing low. i was forced to retreat. i felt had i stayed in the battle i would have lost more men then neccecary.
With that battle over,my forces quickly retook the province in a matter of 2 turns. their King was in on this war and he would challenge me for controle of Aragorn a few years later...Unfortunatly he would meet my finest general.

Aragorn's Battlefield is much in a long valley with forests on each side. i hid in one of these forest so i wouldn't have to worry about calvery.it didnt take them long and they had both the right and left flank threatened.i positioned my troops for the fight and it began. infantry charges on both sides and artilery raining death down from the skies pushed my morale down. my desert archers doing their best couldnt cover 2 flanks at once. but Dispite this disadvantage my men were doing very well. on the left their force was being destroyed, while on the right it was the oposite. Soon the Right flank broke and they threatened my main force. bringing in a wave of reinfocements i fought them off before they did any major damage to my main army. soon, their King led his calvery in the forest(lol http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/joker.gif )that entire leagion of troops was cut down very easily becuz calvery suck in woodland areas http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif. with their King dead and their toops dishearted The English ran. After the 2nd battle of Aragorn The english retreated all together from spain and abandoned hopes of reclaiming it. http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif i had no idea why they did this untill i looked at the alliance menu and saw they were at war with the Byzantine Empire as well. moving quickly, i took much of western Europe as the English moved their main force east to fight the Byz. well needless to say the English were destroyed. i didnt feal like fighting the Byz so i sent an assasin to kill their king. it was all up to him, and he failed. i waited untill a new king was crowned. then i sent me best assasin to kill the young king. the 3 star killer Succeeded and the Byz were destroyed. the year reached 1400 and i was the last faction left. i began taking as many rebel provences as i could, soon after i controled the whole map. and victory was mine. take that u friken Byz http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/angry.gif
