Ok, I'm playing as the Italians, early. I have decided that I don't need Sicily meddling in my affairs, so I go to invade them, but I can't. I don't understand why, I have a chain of ships leading to their territory. I even hit 'v' to confirm. What am I missing here?

Mr. Juice

I'll ask you a stupid question; please humour me.
Do you have a port in your territory? http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif

Yes I do. I have them in all of them I believe.

I tried moving units from all my territories just to test, and not one of them could go to Sicily. They could go to France and Constantinople, but that isn't helping me much right now, heh.

So even if I'm not at war, one of their ships can block my troops??

Yeah even if your not at war. That protects from suprise attacks. You need to take out any ships blocking your way.

Ahhhh, well ok then. That must be it. Thanks all.

Indeed that was it. I sunk their ships, and sacked their islands.

Fun eh?

You should seen what I done to the germans in my game tonight.

Sunk their hole fleet of about 30 ships in one turn. They still have some straglers Im chasing though but I just turned the most powerful nation into swiss cheese.

Multiple Fronts I have his armies spread out like butter. I love this game. http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif
