faction colours

Does anyboby know how to modify default
shields or default faction colours?
I would like to change them for the swiss

If your talking shields on the battlefield then read shields read the stickied Animations Guide in the dungeon (there are 4/5 different shield types in MTW - all in different places).

As for faction colours ... sigh http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/frown.gif It appears they are hard coded in the main .exe and no ones found exactly where yet - so that's a no-no for now.
