The Castle Flags [Archive]

Could you people please tell me, where in the game directory i can find the flags which are on the castles on the strategic map? I'm making my own amauterous mod, and i have almost finished it, but these flags are an only remaining problem. In campmap/pieces/buildings/CastleFlag.bif is an Almohad flag only. Where can i find the others??

Have you tried searching the Dungeon forum? If it can be done, I'm sure it would be in there. If you can't find it and none of the modders post here, I'll copy your question to the Dungeon.

All the 20 flags are there in that BIF. What you are seeing is the 1st frame only. This is a multi-frame BIF so whatever you are using to view the contents must support multiple frames.

Use ReadBif.exe 2.2 (Bifreader downloadable from The Org) to open it, use the Extract all Frames option to create 20 BMP's (1 per frame), amend each BMP flag as you see fit with whatever Graphics editor you prepfer, when you have finished open the 20-frame BIF again via readbif.exe, and then use the Import all Frames option to load all 20 amended BMP's back into the BIF. DONT FORGET TO THEN SAVE THE NEW BIF.

Thanks for replies ppl. Yeah Wellington thats what i needed. I have managed to do it finally:)
I have been working for a long time on this mod which just adds Georgia to the game as I am Georgian myself and it's historically realistic. So i have almost finished it. Only adding of the BattlaFlag remains, I think thats quite easy , but I am just too tired today so tomorrow I gonna do it and COPLETE THIS AFTER ALLhttp://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif
