There's copies out there, all over, but keep in mind several things:
1 - The Full Game is 1650 megs
2 - The CD Keys aren't valid, and noone has any that work for the cracked games. You can play battles and campaigns, to an extent, but you can't play online.
3 - If you use a warez version of this game and then never buy the actual thing, you're a criminal and a moron.
4 - If you "test drive" or "need a fix till it's available here" then you buy it the day it's out where you are then maybe that could be overlooked. http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/wink.gif
I would be careful though, all of you, some people like to include nifty neato little virus' in their warez for you! http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/eek.gif
If you're wise, you'll wait a few more days and get the real deal. In the mean time, practice getting into fights with high honor cavalry. From both sides.

I know what you are saying T_D; despite my pleas to the contrary one of my melon rancher friends has been using an duffed version S:TW for the past year. -As soon as I got the x-pack one of the foremost things on my mind was to mail him my old version of S:TW so that he could enjoy the game with all the awesome perks and cut scenes that you can only get on the store bought version.
You guys can do what you want, but if you are playing a warez version of any game you are basically playing nothing more than an expanded demo + if it is the case that you are playing a warez version of S:TW or MI you are literally missing the best parts of the game.

Not intent on angering Catiline, but as a gamer in the US who runs an ftp (not dedicated to warez), I am compelled to add my 2 cents. Yes, I have played warez - and alot of times it has saved me lots of money. StarTrek: New Worlds, Star Wars:Force Commander, Elite Force, AOE & AOE2 and Nascar Heat are some that I would have bought, but after trying them I found they were not worth the time. As for the idea that Warez are "expanded Demo's", your right - they are to a point. Regardless, sometimes you need that extra playing time to find out that the game is a waste of money. On the other hand, games like SEA DOGS are tried - and POOF that day I was in the store for the real deal! Warez that you play are designed to give you a better taste of the game - if you stick just with them - you have no right to complain when the games you play fail to meet your expectations. By laying down your hard earned money, your buy not only a game, but the right to be heard by the game makers. If you don't buy the game but play it - your stealing - and there is no honor in that.

Right. I've made a decision. This is not the place for this discussion. Whilst i understand the arguments and may or may not agree with them this debate will not take place here. This forum does not condone the use of pirated software, and as such i'm going to close the thread. If you want to debate the issues go to OT and discuss them htere, but without direct reference i would hope, noone is going to tolerate anybody bgiving out advice on how to get copies of software. You will get banned http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/smile.gif
Guys i'm not shutting this down as a direct result of anyhting in here, but I hope you understand my position when I say I don't think it's appropriate.
