Interesting story, but it does not tell us about the origin of goats or why are they goats instead of another animal?

As far as I know (I only joined early this year) there was this dude (forget who) who posted pictures of monkeys riding goats, and it went from there. There are so many goat legends its hard too tell. So Gregoshi, how about letting me spa..oops post more than once a day?

The goat thing seemed to come out of the blue, so I must have missed some key threads that you mentioned. The interesting thing is the evolution: at first goats were only mentioned as an inside joke to toss out in a post. At some point between then and now goat has become to mean a (type of) person.

Well about half of the goats are banned from here so you wouldn't find much about them here.
