I have a quetion how do you make signatures and how do you get pictures?

Hi MongolWarrior http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/wave.gif Looks like you already have a 'sig' (that blue-lettered name below your post). You change it by clicking on 'Your Control Panel' underneath where it says Welcome Mongol Warrior about 2 inches up on the left from your post.

I clicked on the control panel but it just says,summary,topic tracker,account options,modify account.I dont see the space to edit it.
