I was just wondering if anyone could give me a list of expansion packs, addons, etc. for MTW, a short description of each, as well as a release date for Victoria, Australia.

release date: In may, wasn`t it?
description: The vikings come and kick everybodies a** in England. New time period, new map, about 40 new units. And you can save between battles

There is only one official pack so far, and you already have the info. You can navigate to its site from the totalwar.com site....
