I noticed some little creeps are trying to unsubscrobe me from gamespy. they managed it earlier, where i didnt understood firstly what was going on but on several email accounts i have all thes ekind of emails came in.

Wolf_ _MagyarKhan account (notice the two spaces instead of one)in the foyer, he was spamming, while we prepared for war vs Lrossa

"stop spamming"

and I spammed back with

"ok I will stop spamming"

not that its any business of mine...but i am interested in knowing how it was determined that toda neb was the guilty party. was it by his own admission or by ip verification?? and if the later does ted have a dedicated ip address?? has he been giving a chance to respond to the charges? ...banning a senior member of the community who has played over 2 years is not something im sure tosa would have done lightly or without good reason.

and just to play devils advocate for someone with out a voice... is banned a proper punishment or a decion made in haste ?... would/could an apoligy along with magyars consent be enough to reinstate ted with possibly a reduced rank and/or privilages? ted has been a good patron over the years, i think we have all seen him act unlike himself in recent days/weeks.. our community is not a large one and i think ted should be given a second chance when considering his long tenor here at the org... that is of course if he is guilty and confesses with an apoligy.

plz dont take my plea for ted reinstatment as me saying that what he did wasnt wrong... both of us agree that behavior like this is unacceptable and we dont just say it...we have proved it over time by keeping our clans from engaging in these kinds of actions. for those of you who dont know...magyar is very serious about his members not hacking pw's and/or impersonating others....so am i... i think ted should be disiplened...but i hope you also agree that a lifetime ban here at the guild might be a bit too harsh. i know u2 arent on the best of terms right now... but its not hard to show a little mercy now and then eh?

I personally dont think the org should back down on this one, especialy after the last security breach, The least toda neb could do is tell us who this buyer is. If someones set him upto this id like to know who it was.

I don't buy the buyer thing. Maybe he meant other things. I don't think Toda is of "that" type. I spoke to him on MSN the other day, and he did tell me about this issue - it was clear that he acted freely. I am prone to think that the "buyer" was Kas's post and the subsequent "english play good" thread, which imo presented valid arguments, but the discussion then went overboard.

But again, we should not make an *******Gate out of this. It just causes trouble to many people. Resolve by email - personally, please. The Org has done the job it redeemed to be best. If he was given the chance to come back and apologize it would have been better imo, but anyway.

I only posted because my name was mentioned..please...do refrain, I reallyhate to get involved in these things now.

You can Private Message from Gamespy Arcade. All you have to do is right click on the persons name and choose Private Message, or whatever it is. It doesn't work if you just double click their name, and you can't send the same message to multiple people, but its possible to P.M. in arcade.

May I suggest that a short ban period could aid bringing him back to his normal senses, or if he is feeling rather up tight, give him chance to relax and calm down over the matter in question.

I also think that perhaps this is slight violation of the Code of Honour, although that is for Tomisama, the leader of the pledge, to decide upon?
