As a CWC ambassador I am proud to announce:
The Clan Wars Competition (CWC) is a new 4v4 tournament which will continue for as long as there is a Total War and at least two participating clans. Registration is now open
CWC Home Page: http://clanwars.homestead.com/home.html
The CWC is being hosted by an ancient STW clan-- the Ronin Warlords, so you know it won't be just another "flash in the pan."
Many thanks to TomiSamaRW and SoleSortaiRW for hosting and administering this fine tournament. Also thanks to RTK_Goedfrey and SPQR_Sacrifice for securing their clan's participation in the February round.
The rules have been tested and ironed out, and Registration is now open for the 2003 CWC Seasonal Competition. Sign up now The winner of the 2003 CWC Spring Seasonal will earn the right to compete with other winners at the 2003 CWC YearEnd Championship.
To be eligible, you must be in a clan with at least 4 members and you must register at the following link by posting your clan name, your online name and your email address:
http://pub95.ezboard.com/fclanwars3540frm22
If you have trouble with ezboard, you can register by emailing the info to:
clanwars@hotmail.com,
thegod_ofwine@yahoo.com, or
iksender@hotmail.com
... and we will see that you are properly registered. Once registered you will be responsible for communicating with the CWC and your clan.
The rules are very simple and flexible and have been tested by the Round Table Knights, SPQR legions, and the DreadMaster samurai, in one month of tournament play. Thanks again to all February participants.
Check out the 2003 Seasonal rules here:

If your clan is currently enrolled in the CWB, you should have no trouble finding time for the CWC too. A season is 3 months long, so there is plenty of time to fit in a few 4v4's. If you are not ready to commit to the Clan War Belt, whip your clan into shape in the CWC.
At the very least, come and say "hi". Hope to see you all on the field of honor. Check out the screen shots and battle-records in the Great Hall or the February 2003 Championship title in the Treasuy. TomiSama has made a very nice site.
