i just would like to know what team players people would choose mines are redleg and shingen mitch, when i used to play with these guys, i was extremely confident and knew that if we lost it would be because all 3 of us had messed up, (or id charged in too early http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif ).

I am a wolf but sometimes i think playing with players in a 3v3 , if those players are much better than u ie magyarkhan/kocmoc in my case/clan it can make u go into a shell and not play to your best. Sometimes its better to play in a team of similar skill, so that u can express ur self better on the field.

I'd choose from Mith, CBR, Paul, Cheetah, Znake, donbatti, Yuuki, Mo, Zeus, LadyAnn, SpaceCadet, Skomatth, any Wolf, most Fears, AMP... + many, many other good allies out there, the list is long.

Can't really say what my dream team would be... different peeps are good at different things. CBR is an excellent all-around teamplayer, he'd be one of my first picks. Koc, Magy and other Wolves play great together, it was really fun to smash a certain new clan in three games in a row some time ago... thanks Magy and Paolai. http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif AMP is the all-purpose fire-and-forget weapon, perhaps not the greatest teamplayer on Earth but oh well... http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif

Hi Swoosh,

Thanks for the vote of confidence. While I have battled against many great players who I'm sure would make excellent allies, I can only speak for those who I grew quite comfortable playing with regularly. That of course is the biggest key --- knowing what ur allies will do in all circumstances.

In the old STW days you could take any combination of these guys and they were a match for ANY 3v3/4v4 team:

(ShinCliff, Swoosh, Rampage, Strike, Krypta, Mizil, SM2)

More recently these MTW teams have had consistent success:

(Yuuk, Donbatti, CBR, Raichu, Mo, SM2)
