Make sure you guys with some influence (everybody) post in the colleseum so that our opinions can be heard, and so that the dev realize sp and mp have different interests.

well our influence is limited to being just 1 buyer each and the devs are only allowed to visit teh org during their own time, after work. In short, when Sarah allows the dev to switch teh PC on.

A solution could be if every MP member here registers a new name and we act if we are SP addicts but relying on MP being teh future (of every game). Next step is that we put up nice polls and let the MP org staff influence the scores like 200 votes for 34 votes against

1 month later next poll, 1457 votes for, 112 against and so on. I just saw ChavezTheMovie....

Honestly...being a marketing person myself....CA has to focus on its core market. However, has anyone here taken part in a C.A. opinion poll, that I'm not aware of? my marketing statistics classes have told me that no more than a 400 person sample is necessary to measure the opinions of people across at least one country, possibly more than one.....unless you want to represent all racial classes and sexes (both http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/joker.gif ) in which case the U.S. gov't takes a poll of around 1400 people. So based upon this, at least someone from the known population of MTW buyers has had to taken part in a poll, if I haven't known about it.

Now, if not, then the MP population would still be a significant part of their sales. So they would have to listen to us http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif . And since we have some of the loudest members in the community, we have a better chance. Now figure this into the fact that the majority might actually be S.P. players, and I figure our minimum percentage of MP players as around 20% or so. This is a significant amount of the population to ignore. They would do well not to anger us all...even if we will buy the expansion reguardless.

MP is probably less than 1% of the people who purchased the game.
