Here is how you support your customers with patches

Not that they have patches for both Pc, Macs and non add-on games in the series

Do i have to say more...we need the support to get this game big and the best even in supporting.

Dont missunderstand me i love Shogun(i played it seens 2000-6)...but i cant go away from my principles about morale issues...
You need to support the players as it says in Shogun book page 6....

Customers are allways right!!!
