how to beat different troops; mods also

can you pls tell me how best to beat korean skirmishers and other korean troops? also light mongol calvary and heavy
also i'm in middle of pitched battle i have 4000 troops and he only 1000, i try to withdraw some of my wounded troops but it takes VERY long to get my reinforcements i basically have to tell my whole army on the field to withdraw and by then too little time on the clock advise?
also why can't we do mods for other cultures like romans based on mongols???? can we and how soon?

Well, first of all reinforcements are essentially worthless in this game. Don't count on them for anything. If you want to do a 4000 vs. 1000 in an SP campaign, I would advise you just hit auto-resolve or you are going to have a very hard time fighting it yourself.

Second of all, the Mongol units are superior in every way to the Japs, so basically use massive superior numbers and good defensive positions. That's all the advice I can give you.
