Well had a look for the first time today at Mongol Invasion! http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/biggrin.gifMan this shit good...plays fast ,graphics cool,sounds great,imo i think EA have made a vast improvement on STW http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/wink.gif
Havent had chance 2 check all the units out yet but so far so good.Very impressed money well spent.Man all u guys in UK if u like STW get ur ass!down the shops and buy this...

Shoko,

Wait till you defend a province, rout your enemy and end up with 3 cav units at your back where they should not be - then tell us you love it. LOL!
First impressions are good - spend some time and get a balanced feel for the game - then inform us. Don't make the same mistake alot of us US guys did and scream first that it "ROCKS!" then it "SUX" and now finally we are beginning to get a more balanced view.

These are my first impressions...surely the games not perfect by a long mile.
1 thing the game is missing IMO http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/biggrin.gif are pre-set formations,u should be able to design ur own and save um,make life much quicker in SP and MP games instead of haveing to go through the same old routine? http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/wink.gifI know some games,maps u will need 2 change this,but for a all round game a good idea!no more Yorke http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/biggrin.gif

i think ca have made a brilliant game. . . i think it is one of the best games i have ever played BUT a few things let it down. . . moral being so crap (imo) and the reinforcement tho better than the old way is just a bit too all over-the-place! that what stops it being the best game but it is still a very good game!

Not really got into MI yet,still messing with STW...but from what ive read in these threads,its not far of being a massive hit...I

Wait till multiplayer. I've had the game for weeks but they finally fixed the CD Key issue and now I am online.

At first I didn't know what you all were talking about regards to the morale issue, because in SP they rout fine. but I player 2 games MP and not a single soldier fled.
