Anybody Know How To Retrain?

Does anybody know how to retrain a unit?

1. Have unit in a province with a dojo that can build it.

2. Open build units window in that province.

3. Click on army with unit you want to retrain.

4. Pick up the unit _picture_ at the bottom (like you were going to transfer it to a new army) and drag it into a build box on the build menu.

Just to add a bit more: To replenish a specific unit type of lost troops, make sure the appropriate dojo is there. If you've lost say a dozen no-dachi in the last engagement and you want the losses replaced, make sure there is a sword dojo when you retrain. Otherwise, only armor/weapon upgrades are implemented.

Also, keep in mind the special bonuses some provinces instill to specific unit types:
Owari/Tosa: +1h ashigeru, great for more effective musketeers.
Totomi: +1h SA
Shinano: +1h cavalry!
Iga: +1h to all ninja! Strategic and Battlefield Ninjas!
And you cannot forget Yamashiro: +1h to all units!

Getting replacements from these areas may boost the unit's honor with high quality replacements or lessent the honor loss if it was a truly elite unit that suffered lots of casualties...

Truly a great way to ensure your older units are upgraded equipment wise and training wise as your provinces improve...

BTW if the troops are say 120 men then you retrain i.e. the honor or equitmant for free!
