I wonder, has anyone had a clear and sure case where a shinobi message ("Lord X's forces are mobilising...")turned out to be correct ? never happened to me.
By the way, what does LOL mean ? Lord O Lord ? Lili Of Langston ? Lilacs Of Lamentations ? what ?

There are a bunch of these things... you may want to review the "Internet Jargon File" or just browse http://www.tuxedo.org/~esr/jargon/html/entry/talk-mode.html
cheers
I find when u see an enemy mobilizing or u get the message, you move more of ur own stuff in which puts off the attack.

the info is usually 50/50. on some games ive had the see-everything cheat (to view the entire map) and despite these shinobi messages, nothing ever happens, but sometimes it does. most often it doesnt. have i made things clear?

Hmm soly higher clarity is theoretically possible...
Is it 50/50 or most often not true ? and when something does happen, is it the very thing that was reported, or something else ?
Myself, one of my traumatic memories ia a pack of some dozen shinobi parked in Hojo's Shimosa, all of them sending the same message every turn, which never comes true, as in all other shinobi messages I ever got.

yes omine, that's happened to me too. the best way to fix that problem is to get rid of the shinobi and move them to a different province.
also, my experiences with the shinobi is that they seem to cause peasant revolts more easily, but are able to do this only a certain number of times per province. has anyone else noticed this? my idea was to simplky flip ten shinobi between the same two provinces, thus tying up enemy armies along my border, but after maybe three to five revolts in each province, nothing happens despite the low loyalty.

When the shinobi says the your neighbour is preparing a major attack against the ronin and you see he has no ronin neighbours then it's clear that the attack goes against you...
