Any body know how the drill dojo works or how do you use it??
I think you just build it at a "troop training" province.
It provides a bonus for rallying your troops if they should rout.

One question,
is the retraining only for MI/WE,
or does it work in the original as well?
I have just got the original (not WE),
and would like to retrain some troops - as having massive armies of outdated/half size forces is slightly useless - however when I tried doing what was suggested in the link, I couldnt select the men I wanted to retrain (so hence I couldnt put them into the train box).
Any clues on what Im doing wrong - if anything?

Vesp.. sorry the original TW did not support "retraining" of units, nor did it allow you to disband units either. What you CAN do is merge damaged units together to bring it back up to strength. In WE/ME, any remaining men stay in the original unit. In the original, the unit you combine cannot bring the total number of men in the unit to a higher number than it started with (aka you cant have more than 60, 80,100,120 men in a unit - depending on how you set your options).
To merge to half or less strength units, pick one up in the bottom army window and drop it on the other unit in the same window.
