Well... I was thinking more of tying them bastids to trees, flogging them for several hours, then burning off their flesh little by little... scalping them, gouging out their eyes and pouring acid into the vacant sockets... but I would keep medics by to ensure they survived the ordeal so that they could then witness the same torture being applied to all their family members -- daughters, sons, mothers... all of them!

Then, I would kill them off, grind their bodies into a bloody mush, and force the next group to eat said mush...

At some point, I would decapitate some of them and stuff the severed heads up the arses of those still with their heads.

But the final act would be to round up hundreds of thousands of them, run a stake up their arse and out their mouth (ie, TRULY impale them) and erect the stakes in a nice quadrangle for the world to see. Once this is done, it would be repeated around the world until there was nobody left to impale.

I guess I am so upset because I had sent a bronzed former head of mine to the World Trade Center this weekend to commemorate the site... so that people from all walks of life could go touch a piece of the Headless Horseman... I was at the ceremony placing my former head on a shrine on the roof of the Southern Tower just this Sunday! Now, I cannot help but wonder what happened to my head?!? Is it in the debris? Did it fall on somebody and deliver Buddha's Compassion swiftly? And obviously, I sometimes wonder if it was my former head that was the real target of these atrocities, not the symbol of American influence...

In this world, i am rarely shocked by anything, but what has happened today absolutely horrified me and i admit even brought a lump to my throat while watching the footage. Attacking the pentagon is one thing, but hitting civilians is the lowest of the low and these bastards whoever they maybe need to be brought to justice in the severest of ways. I do not sympathise with any group that carries out acts such as this, ur crusade is not a noble one Vanya even if it was an Arab faction that committed this vile act not every single arab is accountable for it, as with the IRA, every irishman is not responsible for their attrocities. What if it was some American group or european group do u still despatch ur hordes to wipe all of them out? I'll say no more on that as i feel i'm already pushing the boundaries and dont want to dishonour the dead, their familys and the victims who are the most important in this sad moment.

As a former military man, a father and an american, I am stunned, horrified, appalled and devastated by what has occured today. However, I am also disappointed in the response I see on this board. I, probably more than most, cannot wait for retaliation to occur. However, to make a statement against the Arab people as a whole, which was done above, is no more correct than the tragedy of today. Everyone is taking the news networks at their word - that Osama Bin Laden likely committed these acts. Unfortunately, as is so often true in the information from the media, the facts just don't support the conclusion. While there is good reason to believe that this was orchestrated by an "arab" group, no one has a right to say that "the only good arab is a dead arab". Doing that creates a call for attacks on the Arab population as a whole - which includes innocent men, women and children. That is what occured today - attack upon innocents. To see the attitudes that will push that kind of retaliation on an entire type of people is appalling.

As for WHO - well - I suggest you take the time to study some of the texts on the geo-political situation in the world, along with a bit of research in what had to be done to make this happen. I will not say who I feel committed this act, but I find myself forced to agree with the position that Jane's Intelligence Weekly has as to the culprits. Twas nice to have my thoughts confirmed...
