since the MI is now part of the whole game, it's included as part of the General Dojo content. i think the reason for this is the fact that STW:WE was re-released as a whole game, and not just a MI expansion; logically this means you can't really buy one (STW)without with other (MI) unless you get buy the older, bargain-bin STW edition that EA is just trying to run out of stock.
