Chosokabe Clan?

I found some voice files about a Chosokabe clan in the STW folders. Is this a hidden clan? If so does anybody know how to acces it?

The Chôsokabe clan was going to be the eighth clan in the original draft of the game, but for some reason (perhaps because they couldn't balance them correctly, or they couldn't figure out how to make them different enough from the other clans) the developers chose to leave them out and make them a big bunch of rônin. It is likely that they would have occupied the island of Shikoku (otherwise known as Rônin Island) in the original campaign setting.

while Chokosabe is Ronin, they exist in name; look for "them" on the island province with the castle, if you send over a spy, you'll notice the Chokosabe name for their Taisho, as well as the improved honor and historical background (a characteristic not usually found in Ronin generals).
