Whenever i get ready to play online i get to the part where it says Username and password what username ?becuase whenever i type it in it says details incorrect http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/confused.gif

I have had the same problem. Before it was because the family name was incorrect, now i am careful to check that and it still doesnt work. I have tried to change my name to join a "clan" and have had no luck whatsoever. This really should not be so difficult.
