Fuji Crash [OT?]

Has anybody else had a crash to desktop in the Mount Fuji battle of the Mongol "Historical" Campaign?

The game crashes right after the announcement that the enemy general has been killed.

This has occurred in each of three tries of the Mount Fuji battle, but has not yet happened in others.
