Sicilian leaders

It seems the Sicilian faction gets Italian names for its leaders. I think it would be more accurate to let it have French names, since the Kingdom of Sicily was the creation of norman knights.

This would probably be true for England as well, at least during the Early period of the game, but that might be hard to implement.

There should be a mixture of Italian, Franco-Norman and (a couple of) Arabic names for notable Sicilian characters. You'll find that their kings have a distinctly different set of names from the Italian "kings" (who are actually Doges of Venice, for the most part).
