What use is from "frame for treason" when I use spy on my general. What will happened if success/failier?

he is killed/removed if he is successfully framed. it's a good way to get rid of a bad general (coward, low loyalty) without disbanding the whole unit. it's also a very good way to get rid of rotten princes in order to make sure the prince you want becomes the next heir
If you have a really disloyal general with a title and has bad Vices for Happiness and income, then frame is certainly a good way to go.
If successful he is executed. If not you run the risk of the other generals he has selected for a Civil War will become more disloyal (he will too), making it possible for you to force a Civil War before it would have happened.
If the Spy is successful the other generals will become more loyal.
