Winter Battles?

Has anyone fought battles in winter.

I for one have not fought in any winter battles except in the custom battles.

I've fought SP battles in driving rain, dense fog and snow (both falling and on the ground) - do they count??!! http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/smile.gif

Yes, sure...

Winterbattles in SP comes after the third battle (spring, summer, autumn, winter), then it often continues in winter for the rest of the battles. I think it has something to do with if spring, summer and autumn has passed in that year you can't really go back, can you now. Though I find that a limited way of implementing it.
