Which units suk the most?

I like Kensi and BN but I hate hate HATE thunder bombers!

I quite enjoyed using Thunder Bombers. There was one battle where I was the Mongols defending Kaga. I put my army on a hill. As the enemy approached me with lots of archers and monks (I was playing a self-made campaign so there were monks in 1274), I had 4 or 5 units of TBs throwing bombs down at them. Whoa... the destruction was stunning! But you just gotta be very careful with these TBs. I have witnessed a few times that a whole unit of them dropped bombs onto themselves and wiped themselves out. http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/biggrin.gif So I would advice not to keep any of your other units too near them. http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/smile.gif Also they are much better throwing bombs downhill than uphill. Try not to throw bombs uphill because I think they tend to bomb themselves when doing it.

Well I somewhat like the BN but someone can send a nd or other good unit against it and swarm it. Thunder Bombers are nice but come with a drawback. They are useless if you are attacking someone high up cause their range is limited. Now there are amazign at defending in hill hills http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/smile.gif
Also MLC is amazing with some amazing accuracy and decent fighting skills. MHC is also powerful but usually the opponet gets lots of naginata or ys while fighting a Mongol army.

Thunderbombers and Mongol Skirmishers are THE BOMB MISSILE UNITS, YO!! Seriously, they rock. When you're playing as Mongols, you may as well just forget about the other foot units. The Spearmen and Guardsmen are okay, but they're basically just fodder for the superior Japanese troops. Rush in the Skirmishers and Bombers to cause casualty and confusion (and kill those pesky spear dudes), then send the cav to mop up. Easy and effective.

On the Japanese side, I really, really like the Naginata Cavalry.
