Well after much debating i can re-assure you all much to my disappointment that the GA system is still bugged, and it's a tricky one to notice.
Basically for any era you start in the GAs will work, i.e. start in Early, they work for Early, start in High they work in High, etc.
However, start in Early and progress to High and all of a sudden Conquest points do not get added when it comes to the time they should. Now i don't know why, but i'd sure like to know. I'm not sure how the progression works from High-Late, but it certainly doesn't work from Early to High. However, start in High and they seem to work fine in High, conquest included. No idea about starting in Late?
To my dismay i was right all along. CA is there any way we can fix this??? Please. And quickly? Even an wee unofficial tweak...arrrghhh, my will to contest now is diminishing...
Of all bugs, the GAs got to one of the most essential as it's why many of us bother to play the SP game.

Update,
After entering into the High period and continuing, in 1250 Conquest points didn't add on for the Byzantines, Danes, and Spanish while it did for the Italians, French and Poles.
A perplexed player.

Please CA folks, address DOC's question here. I was just getting ready to start my first GA Campaign this weekend, and I don't want to begin and then find out because the scoring is wrong, it's not going to be playable.
Thanks

It seems the conquest points are now bugged only for certain factions.
It's a shame the English, Almos, Eyptians and Turks were dead by this time, but only the Italians, French and Poles were getting their conquest points after the transition from Early to High periods.

Well something as fundamental as the winning conditions of a game should be high priority on their to do list for an immediate remedy Because if the point of the game doesn't exist or is broken, then what's the point in playing it?
CA, there is a simple way to test the GAs:
That is to start a campaign in the early period, select a faction. Once started type .matteosartori. , put on all the computer aids, turn off the unimportant messages and simply click through the turns and observe........
