I like the games but the support from EA is minimal. I mean we don't have forums to post feedback with new ideas. I remember being one of the first peeps on the Max Payne forums and those guys were listening to our needs and even now that the game is out they are listening to any problems we might have.
I would like the developers to actually listen to us and our suggestions and don't make the game like they think because that can lead to nasty things as we have seen many times before.

Well, while I think we all wish that they had a greater interest - they HAVE devoted resources to our concerns, as shown by the things addressed in the patch. The fact is - it did not fix all the things we wanted - but it was a TREMENDOUS step forward - and we WERE told that only one patch would occur - as CA is needing the devs to work on Crusaders.
If you look in the archives - you will see that a few of us put together issue lists - and CA really took a hard look at those and resolved what they could with the resources at hand. We all wish they could do more - but they have a limited amount of leeway due to funding. Once they finalize the patch - likely in its current form - they will be off and running with work on Crusaders. Likely only a couple of devs are even involved in the patch now - the rest are probably ALREADY pounding on S-TW:C.
Remember - EA is not the one that decides what is patched or not - and EA is not the one to develop the fixes. I am not saying that the response we have gotten from EA is good - but as for the guys at CA - I can appreciate their efforts - I guess cuz I have been there.
Qapla!
