I uploaded three of the maps I've made with napoleonic mod in mind. The three maps are Quatre Bras, Auerstadt and Wagram. You can find them in a zip file called Ryu's European maps here on the org. I won't post a link to them as I think they're only in that new files section temporarily. Thanks to Kyodai british beef on the excellent idea for the walled farms. I did a version of it for the Quatre Bras map. They're all large maps and look best with the western european building style and terrain set on lush.

I can't claim that they're historically perfect. I just tried to get the major terrain features in the right places and face the opposing forces with generally the same tactical problems the battles presented. Balancing the historical facts with the 4vs4 multiplayer setup area realities is a pain, not to mention the pathfinding around buildings and impassable areas. Anyway give them a try and tell me what you think. I'll try to get some pics posted of each map in the near future.

not bad ryu, just some advice on farm textures, be sure to place the shaved oustide edge on them as well, it looks nicer. Then place a hedge over the shaded zones

Now I know why I did the fields like i did. There's no middle of the tile road texture with the field edge feathering on one side.. at least not that I can see. Anyone know what the tile # is for what I'm looking for ?

I'd like try keeping my fields as the tile next to the road. If not I'm just going to lose the fields in my update.
