adding command lines

I usually play STW and MTW in plain vanilla mode. What with life's great challenges in the outside world, I don't have time to do much more than that. I have been reading the posts regarding the Viking expansion after purchasing this one. One thing caught my eye was the adding of command lines for green general and autotax for 200 percent loyalty. How is this done? Honest, I did dive into the vast number of posts here to try to find the answer first, but didn't have much luck. I assume it is added to the end of the .exe line in the run command. Any help on this? Point me in the right direction. FAQ?

Thanks for the redirect. Can you put multiple switches on the same command line?

Yes you can, just put a space in between each.
