Probably want to use the VI map. Swamp Castle would have to be a province. Would contain at least one good archer unit. (Message for you Sir.)

The berserker unit could be pared down to just one man and be the most undisciplined, impetuous unit ever: Lancelot.

Mangonel replaced with Brother Maynard and the Holy Hand Grenade.

The French would have to hold random provinces around the map--featuring small garrisons but strong fortresses. (And catapults.)

And Ralph the Wonder Llama.
