Is STW dead yet or just sick? I haven't played online for quite a while, and I've only seen negative or boring posts here.

It's shame, because this is one of the few games I can play online from uni, even though I can't host.

I would like to see the game evolve a bit into multiplayer campaigning online.

Maybe Crusaders will be better.

Sorry, I was being a bit general in my question is STW/MI dead yet? I was refering to the whole on-line game both servers. I had assumed that the STW server was getting less and less action, but I was also wondering about the level of play across both.

I've swithced to Age of Empires II, and hope to get an open port to play that instead. It seems the folks there are a bit more fun.

Maybe I'll be back for a visit when The Crusaders comes out.

I think anyone who is still playing the old STW would be immediatly converted only by the easier finances and its role in army raising...anyone still playing the old STW should accept its Daiymo's death and put those 11 Heavy Calv. out to pasture...prepare for those dirty, doggish Mongols...you see them on the horizion...Kamakazie won't protect you in the land of faded banners that fly over Shinano in old STW...hee hee
