Got this from GameSpy this morning:

Hey gang --

We've got a quick update for you on some upgrades that we'll be making to Arcade's servers this week. Other than improved performance and stability, you probably won't notice what we're doing at all. But, on the off chance you've powered down a 4-shot latte and are dishing out the beatings at 3 a.m., we wanted to give you a heads up.

This weekend, we'll be moving the servers that run GameSpy Arcade to a new home in order to improve performance for everyone. The move will start at Midnight PDT (that's 3:00 a.m. EDT, 7:00 a.m. GMT) on June 1st. Our techies have gone the extra mile to plan this for a time when most of you will be sleeping. They'll be burning the midnight oil while you dream of 0wning.

While we're moving, there will be a brief service outage that will prevent you from using Arcade for a short period of time. The outage will only last a couple of hours and then everything will be back up and running as normal. This outage will NOT affect your GameSpy account in any way -- all of your favorites, buddy lists, subscription status and profiles will be untouched during the outage.

That's it If you have any questions or concerns about the move, please contact our Customer Support Team -- or e-mail me directly at spiff@gamespyarcade.com.

http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif Yeah, propably. Maybe it has something to do with the new ad-free account you can get there? Since that utterly annoying cow-ad I've been seriously thinking about it.
