so...when the next game comes out, methinks this site will simply shift gears and redesign itself into a medieval webpage, with a single forum for the shogun game (much like the crusader and previously the mongol invasion are set up). while it might seem like a good idea to keep this one up and create a new site, just to keep the ajapanesephiles happy, the waning popularity of the old game (especially after the new) wouldn't warrant it.
any plans being made for what could be changes in a year or so?

Personally I think that the .Org should become a football website, primarily focusing on West Ham United. Ideally Australians would be banned (cos they're just gonna whine on about how real men play Aussie rules), also I would ban all Northerners, espescially Scousers and Mancs... it goes without saying that Millwall supporters would not be allowed on the site... hmm anyone else?

You could divide the forums into the different major national leagues with an extra forum for International competitions...

I should kill you, Soly! You the patron with the most posts still can't get his topics in the right forum! I'm gonna hop on the subway and be right over unless you change your ways. http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/biggrin.gif

This is Off-topic (http://www.totalwar.org/cgi-bin/ubb/forumdisplay.cgi?action=topics&number=6&SUBMIT=Go). Thread moved.

Plans are being made, Soly, but we can't tell you yet. In other words, we don't really know. My guess is that the site will shift perhaps leaving one forum for discussion and then phasing that out as well.
