cant play multi

I have been playing MTW on the net for weeks with the patch, now i go on line and as game loads i get a click and cant play multiplayer, the last screen goes black just has everyone gets to 100% loading up, black screen and no continue, I have reinstalled 3 times and d/loaded patch again, still the same, can you help,?[B]

I've had some problems with logging on to mp too, today it wouldnt let me log in, it kept saying account details incorrect and I wrote my details over and over 5-6 times http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/mad.gif http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/pissed.gif any suggestioons, or anyone having the same trouble?

Apparently GameSpy was down again for server maintenance today. The word from the Jousting Field is that it is back in the past hour or two.

It's not gamespy with my problem, i have played mtw for a long time first i put the patch on and it clicked and could not play on line, then i downloaded another patch and that didn't click, got on line and played for weeks, then my machine crashed so i had to do a system restore put game back on then the patch then it clicked again NO PLAY ON LINE tried 4 patches from differant sites tried installing game, no go, CAN YOU HELP? im missing the game. http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/mecry.gif http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/mecry.gif http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/mecry.gif

By the above, do you mean that everyone has selected their armies, clicked ready and you are at the loading screen just before you get to the battlefield? Does the game freeze or do you crash to the desktop?

Also, can you tell us a little about your system? The more information we have the better chance we have to help you.
