Is there a way to edit the valor bonuses in certain countries? I want to make Sicily add +1 valor to a new unit I have made but don't know how. Which folder is this in?

Its in the crusaderunitprod11.txt file, use a great program called GnomeEditor (dowloadable from the .org) it help a lot.
