You need webspace to do it. You need to upload the picture to your webspace and determine its URL. Then in your sig, use the image and the /image iB codes with the picture URL inbetween.

Keep in mind that any pictures in sigs much conform to the following guidelines:

1) no larger that 500 pixels wide by 150 pixels high
2) file size no larger than 10kb
3) no sound

Hi Jones21...

1. Once you have a pic that you want to use

a) no larger that 500 pixels wide by 150 pixels high
b) file size no larger than 10kb
c) no sound

use a program like WS_FTP95LE which will allow you to upload the file to your ISP ( check that you are allowed to store files there.) eg www.your ISP.whatever/users/jones21/sigpic.jpeg

At the top of this page, click on Your control panel
click on personal info
click on edit your profile
in the section your signature add the pathway to your pic at your ISP. eg.

[*IMG]http://yourISP.whereever/users/jones21/your pic.jpeg[/IMG]
^ remove this asterisk
eg http://wise.net.nz/users/robm/knight.gif

voila

have a play with the signature controls( you can't break it ) http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif
