I tried to install this with VI installed...I guess it wasn't meant to work that way....

Anyway...apparently it's not going to work but now I can't get the game to load up at all. I can't find any uninstall option. Is there anyway to restore the files to their original state or do I have to do a full reinstall? Thanks.

That mod (for the VI version) is not quite ready for prime time yet (tho' the guys in the Dungeon Forum are feverishly working on it).

When you downloaded it, did you also get a 'ReadMe' file? That should have uninstallation/go back info. If not, I;m afraid a reinstall is in order.

I've used the mod without problems in the MTW/VI campaigns and didn't run into any problems.

After the mod was installed would MTW/VI even start?

Where/When did the crash or lock up occur?

Before the game even starts..it starts to load and tells me that it cannot find a certain file(s)...I deleted and reinstalled so I can't tell you what file(s).
