One thing that would have always been nice (IMO) is if yu have a province surounded on all sides, an there are no shipchains linking its coastline, it woul count as besieged. The rate of death would vary depedngon the farm development, and there would be very litle ncome because the crops would feed the soldiers. Or a least the troopsshould get a morale penalty in battle. This would be a nice solution to the "one province of the faction left, but 10,000 guys inside" problem. Now,since thee will b no prvices in RTW, tis cold be implemented by heuse of supply lines, or ifthereare x armies in y directions, etc...

It would be nice but we don't know how CA will handle many things with RTW.

We don't know if they will have population factors and effects.

We don't know if provinces, which are apparently in RTW, will simply be map divisions or will be used for management/ownership of your factions.

There are still just to many unanswered questions.

In fact, alot of these questions may not have been decided on or implemented by CA yet.

While it looks like the tactical engine is pretty much finished alot of the strategic engine may still be in the works.

Yes, but this is a very flexible idea and a very feasible solution to a very annoying problem.
