1.02 or 1.03?

I just started playing Shogun MI online yesterday and have a few questions about these patches. I would prefer to use 1.03 because from the descriptions I've read it sound much better.

1. ~how many people use the 1.03 patch?

2. Do some people prefer the 1.03?

3. How do you make sure you are both using the same patch?

When I was playing some months ago, almost all peeps used the 1.02. I suggest you ask in the lobby before. If different patches are used, you shouldn't be able to join the game, or if you do you get dropped out of synch or some such thing.
