Gun Factory?

These are great... considering you don't have to convert to Christianity to get guns...

but how do you get these?... I thought you have to have a Dutch Trade Post first... but once I conquered Mori (AI in SP) and they have gun factory built in Aki w/ Portuguese Port... http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/confused.gif

Actually you just need a trading post (and an armory and citadel) to build gun factory. It doesn't really matter whether it's a portugese or a dutch one ...

Another thing is: gun factories can give your gun units +1 honor, but if you build cathedral, you will lose that bonus.

The oddity has something to do with the fact that the designers didn't do a good job seperating two paths that can lead to gun units, as I have mentioned a while ago.
