Spanish MTW

Does anybody have a MTW in spanish?
Is there a spanish version available?

I believe there is, but some one in the past few week, I believe, didn't have many nice things to say about the Spanish version.

Yeah, I think Gregoshi is right. The complaint about the bad translation was for VI though, I think. Perhaps the basic MTW is better, translation-wise, I don't know.

Yes, there is a spanish version and I've got one.
Gregoshi,you're right. The traslation of MTW is not as good as STW's traslation. In fact STW's traslation was the best I've ever seen in a game. http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/eek.gif
I haven't played VI yet so I can't say if the complaint was about it.

I hope the spanish version of RTW has a traslation as good as STW's

Translations... Bahhh they never get it right... But then again, we can't really blame the translators since all they can see is lil txt files, and so, sometimes the expressions are lost.

There was a game once, wich i can't remember the name, that had a portuguese version but the translation was so bad that i investigated a little and discovered they had used some of those translator softwares... Boy was that awfull...

oh, i'm translating the game, well, actually, one part.
But playing the Eng. version it's funny, since i can practise some english.

Spanish traslation of VI has few mistakes that have become to bugs. I.e., most province titles are wrong: the title of Aragon is King of Navarre, in Navarre Count of Castille and so on... http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/angry.gif In the campaign map,there are two Aragons, because Armenia is called Aragon too...mistakes in descriptions labels, texts that haven't been traslated, etc etc...at least only affect to sp...in mp is all ok.

I've modified those txt files, and even the tga's map files that are wrong (they include the addition of the Balears http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif. If anybody wants them plz tell me and i'll try to send. (Only valid for Spanish version, of course).

Actually, i was talking about MTW. I do not have(yet) Viking Invasion. It's better, isn't it?

I wasn't talking only about texts and labels. Even the voices used to traslate aren't as good as STW's. STW used a famous documentary's voice. In fact playing the STW's spanish version was similar to watching a National Geographic's documentary.

Anyways, has anyone tried MODs on the MTW's spanish version? I tried the Napoleonic mod and didn't work right. http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/mecry.gif
