I've tried some modding tools, but none of them would work http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/mecry.gif . I was wondering does anyone know a modding tool that works on windows XP.

The BIF editor works fine on my Windows XP computer, and I have problems with some editors too, a shame that but I don't mind doing it the hard way.
