What does it take to build a Longbowmen and...

I lost or cant find the pull out that came with the game showing the items you need to build in order to get the longbow and crossbow/mounted crossbowmen. I am playing english in the early period.

I searched the forum with no luck, and nothing in the FAQ so any help is greatly appreciated as always.

Also you need to be in the High period (1205+) for being able to train those units. It is this way if you patched your MTW game or if you installed the Viking Invasion expansion. If you are playing the stock MTW v1.0 version, you should be able to train those units right away once you've contructed the required buildings.
