Which line of the Royal Palace tech tree gives +1 valour for units built there? Is it the chancellory/constables palace route or is it the Royal court/royal estate route?

Every "Master" level buildings gives one valour to that unit type that they produce.. So Master Bowyer gives one valour to archers, Master Swordsmith gives valour to all infantry sword units and so on.. I´m not sure are there any buildings that increase valour to all units. If there is, it´s propably Military Academy. So answer is Chancellory/Constables line.
The Master level should give +1 valour to the units that required low building level (not sure how many level lower):
- Master Swordsmith.
- Master Bowyer.
- Master Spearmaker.
- Master Horse Breeder.
- County Militia.
- Master Gunsmith.
No bonus for siege weapon and Royal Knight (or unit that require Royal Court type)
The following will give bonus to all units trained in the province where the building is built (I'm not sure if it effects the retrained units):
Military College gives +1 discipline.
Church, Mosque, Monastery give +1 morale.
Reliquary, Ribat give +2 morale.
Catheral, Grand Mosque give +3 morale.

Actually I have noticed that Royal Knights get a +1 Valor bonus from the Master Horse Breeder.

do horse archers gain a bonus from a master bowyer or from the master horse breeder?
Master Horse Breeder, IIRC. When you have units that require more than one building to train, it's usually the second building referenced in the production file that provides the valour bonus.
