Campaign map

I have a problem simular to Prodigy in the tech fourm. I can run all of the game but campaign and campaign tutorial. I played the battel tutorial smoothly in 2048x1536. No matter what settings I use the campaign tutorial will not run. It acts like it is loading and then a second red bar appears above the original and loops me back to main menu. If I atempt to chang options I go back to desktop. If I try to run campain it loops me to in game menu until I quit. I am trying to run it on an intel 800eb with 512MB , a 32MB Rage Fury Pro and sound blaster live.

I did a little searching and it appears the your RAGE graphics card may be the culprit. I don't know if this specifically includes the Fury but you can read a little about others with RAGE cards having the same problem in this (http://www.totalwar.org/cgi-bin/forum/ikonboard.cgi?act=ST;f=2;t=2023;hl=rage+and+campaign+and+map) topic. Perhaps one of the tech wizards can confirm this.

Just purchased GeForce FX 5200 with 128MB. I will install it and let you know how it goes.

The card fixed the problem. But I can only use 1600X1200 because the card does not suport 50hz refresh rate. http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif But I can now campaign. http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/smokin.gif
